SAVE FOOD Congress 2017 in Duesseldorf


Which measures can food producers undertake to reduce food losses along the value chain? What happens to foods that do not make it to retail shelves due to “minor blemishes”? And what contribution do national and international politicians make to prevent food waste?
These and other questions will be addressed by the speakers of the 3rd international SAVE FOOD Congress on 4 May 2017 in Duesseldorf. 
Leading representatives of the FAO, important political decision-makers, acclaimed scientists as well as representatives of innovative companies from the food industry, retail, packaging, logistics as well as from civil-society initiatives will take a stand and point to ways out of the food loss dilemma.
