Alto-Shaam joins the Emirates Culinary Guild

Alto-Shaam, a global leader and innovator in the foodservice equipment industry, has become a member of The Emirates Culinary Guild (ECG), furthering its commitment to culinary excellence across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Middle East.

The ECG is the association of professional chefs of the UAE. A non-profit organization, the ECG aims to encourage and inspire young chefs through training and development opportunities and annual competitions, encourage UAE nationals to consider a career within the foodservice and hospitality industry, as well as internationally enhancing the culinary prestige of the UAE.

Gabriel Estrella Talentti, Alto-Shaam Director for the Middle East and Africa (MEA), says Alto-Shaam is committed to developing long-term partnerships across the region: “The ECG plays a hugely important role in the UAE, and internationally as a chartered member of Worldchefs, representing the chefs of today and helping to inspire and inspire future generations.

The news follows the recent launch of Alto-Shaam’s new Vector® H Series Multi-Cook Ovens in the region, that features even wider oven chambers capable of cooking 16-inch pizzas. With up to four independent chambers, operators can control the temperature, fan speed and cook time in each individual oven chamber for maximum flexibility, allowing them to simultaneously cook a variety of menu items with no flavor transfer. Alto-Shaam’s pioneering Structured Air Technology® enables high velocity, focused heat for faster, more even cooking, ensuring the highest quality output.
