Bakery China 2021

Organised by China Association of Bakery and Confectionery Industry (CABCI) and Bakery China Exhibitions Co., Ltd., Bakery China is the Asia Pacific’s leading event serving the entire value chain for the bakery and confectionery market. The event presents a range of ingredients, equipment, packaging, and services, and enables global leading professionals and buyer delegates to meet and share the latest innovations and thinking on manufacturing & distribution, R&D, applications, and related services for the bakery industry. The 23rd Bakery China is expected to cover an area of more than 230,000 sqm, over 2,300 exhibitors, and 230,000 visits from all over the world.

Given the current epidemic situation in China and abroad, 23rd Bakery China (planned earlier to be held on July 21-24, 2020 at NECC) is rescheduled to 27th – 30th April 2021 at SNIEC.

Bakery China Talk Online will be an online platform created for knowledge sharing, learning, and social contact for the bakery and confectionery industry. Since its launch in March 2020, more than 40 live shows and demos have attracted nearly 500,000 views.
