The International Bakery, Confectionery, Ice Cream, Coffee and Equipment Fair organized by IFEMA MADRID will take place from 19th to 22nd February.
InterSICOP’s Organising Committee met this week and confirmed the excellent forecasts for the next edition from 19th to 22nd February 2022. With three months still to go, exhibitors have already booked more than 85% of the Fair’s space. These figures highlight the sector’s confidence in InterSICOP, the great face-to-face meeting for bakery and pastry, confectionery, ice cream and coffee professionals.

InterSICOP participants will also be able to take part in a broad programme of activities, demonstrations, championships and technical talks. These include Best Master Artisan Pastry Chef (MMAPE) 2022, the Third Pastry Schools Competition, the Fourth National Artisan Bakery Championship, the Fifth Spanish Artisan Ice Cream Championship, the Grand Masters of Bakery, Patisserie & Ice Cream Seminar, the InterSICOP Technical Seminar Forum and the Forum of Women Bakers.
