REC to present products of Russian manufacturers at the international food and beverage trade exhibition Gulfood

On February 13, the international food and beverage trade exhibition Gulfood 2022 will open in Dubai. More than 60 Russian companies will present their products with the support of the Russian Export Center (part of VEB.RF). These products have already been highly praised in the Gulf countries markets and are popular among customers: pastry, dairy and meat products, beverages, caviar, and other products from well-known manufacturers.

Gulfood 2022 will be attended by the leading meat producers, including the Cherkizovo Group, the Resource Group of Companies, and Damate Group, which produce certified halal meat that meets modern safety and quality standards. The major dairy producers, including Molvest, Eko-Niva, Kosmos Group, and the leading producer of modern innovative nutrition, meat products and plant-based ice cream – Efko will participate as well.

One of the largest Russian exporters of ice cream, Iceberry company, will present its products at the exhibition. Iceberry produces more than 100,000 tons of products at three factories, and is well-known in Russia and worldwide under the brands “Filyovskoye”, “Vologodsky Plombir”, “Zhemchuzhina Rossii”, “Ded Moroz” and others. The list of the exhibition participants will also include Akkond, Pobeda, and Nevsky Konditer confectioneries, as well as the United Confectioners holding, the largest confectionery company in Eastern Europe with a two-hundred-year history, which is known worldwide for its “Alionkachocolate.

The national delegation will organize products presentations, as well as business meetings with the heads of trading companies, retailers, distributors, and regional government officials. The participants will discuss current consumer trends and opportunities for product promotion in the markets of the Middle East region.

Gulfood 2022, an annual specialized trade exhibition, is the world’s largest exposition dedicated to the food industry. In 2022 it will take place from 13-17 February in Dubai and will bring together more than 4,000 companies from 120 countries. The exhibition is accompanied by a rich business program, including conferences on the most relevant topics, seminars, educational events, as well as professional competitions and awards.
