Versatile printing solutions from TSC for higher productivity and sustainability

TSC Printronix Auto ID is showing the new high-performance desktop printers of the TH DH series and the high-performance PEX printing modules at LogiMat 2024 from March 19th to 21st in Stuttgart (Hall 2, Stand 2D11). 2000. Further highlights include the resource-saving, compact linerless printer MB240 as well as versatile thermal enterprise printers with RFID functionality and ODV 2D technology.

Desktop printers increase productivity and sustainability

The powerful desktop printers of the TH DH series were specially developed for printing sophisticated label motifs such as license plates and patient data. The compact devices are available in 2-inch and 4-inch versions and create labels using both thermal transfer and direct thermal printing processes with a maximum resolution of 300 dpi. For healthcare users, TSC offers all models with antibacterial housing. After use, 90 percent of the printer components are recyclable.

High-performance printing modules in two sizes

TSC has optimized the PEX-2000 series thermal transfer and direct thermal printing modules for long-term operation in demanding work environments. The 4-inch versions offer a maximum print resolution of 600 dpi at speeds up to 457 mm per second (18 ips). The 6-inch models are designed for a maximum of 300 dpi at print speeds up to 356 mm per second (14 ips). Users in industries such as e-commerce, industrial production and warehouse logistics reduce costs, increase sustainability and benefit from simple system integration.

Compact linerless printer saves valuable resources

MB240 is the latest addition to TSC’s extensive linerless portfolio, enabling users to significantly increase their productivity and sustainability. The 4-inch thermal transfer printer achieves a throughput of up to 10,000 labels per day at a maximum of 300 dpi. MB240 is designed for use in demanding work environments in areas such as e-commerce, warehouse and transport logistics, and food and beverage packaging. Eliminating the use of carrier materials reduces raw material consumption and environmental impact, reduces transport and storage costs and shortens downtime due to more labels per roll.

Real-time tracking and barcode checking

The T800 and T4000 thermal enterprise printers with RFID technology ensure reliable coding and printing of RFID labels. This allows you to track products in real time, create an inventory and locate devices in the company. In addition to standard RFID labels, the T4000 industrial printer also prints metal labels. The powerful T8000 thermal printer with optional ODV 2D inline barcode verification technology allows users to print, verify and validate 1D and 2D barcodes with a single device. Rejected barcodes are overprinted with a correct label.
