ABC: Grower and Farm Labor Contractor Forum

California’s almond industry thrives worldwide, and an integral element of this success is a skilled labor force who can do everything from planting orchards to harvesting crops. As technology continues to create efficiencies, it is also critical the industry keeps pace and implements safe practices, and prioritizes the health and wellbeing of the workforce.

In this grower and farm labor contractor forum, Almond Board of California will focus on the essential elements to developing a safety culture. Hear from industry leaders across the Valley as they provide their insights and discuss strategies for integrating safety practices into their operations.
