Viessmann Refrigeration Solutions, a leading provider of commercial refrigeration and clean room solutions, is proud of its successful participation in EuroShop 2023, which took place from February 26 to March 2 in Düsseldorf. The show was a platform for the company to showcase its latest offerings, engage with food retail leaders and establish new business relationships.

We care for life – sustainability that covers the entire life cycle of Viessmann solutions

Under the motto “We care for life”, Viessmann presented some of the latest trends and innovations in food retail, including digital possibilities, as well as today’s challenges – and solutions – for more sustainability and a healthier planet.

The trade fair visitors showed great interest in Viessmann’s climate strategy, which is based on scientific principles in order to align activities with global climate goals. Saving energy, reducing CO2 emissions and choosing renewable energy sources are top priorities for food retailers. Viessmann has adapted to these requirements and presented an overall solution for energy management with ESyCool green.

The new product family of the Tecto IS7 freezer island reduces energy consumption by 15 to 45 percent compared to other refrigerated cabinets on the market.

Visitors had the opportunity to marvel at the modular and customizable Viessmann cold rooms, which meet all fire and personal protection requirements and have been tested as the most energy-efficient on the market.

The presentation of the goods is enhanced by the smallest details in the design

Grocery retailers often asked for solutions for a better shopping and shopping experience. The new Viessmann refrigerated cabinets have a uniform aesthetic design that ensures a harmonious appearance throughout the store and good visibility of the food on display. The new plug-in Tecto SV8 range, designed for food and point-of-sale promotions, was well received by visitors due to the wide range of models and installation flexibility.

The instant walk-in and walk-out technology developed by Pixevia was integrated into the Viessmann range and gave visitors a fully automated shopping experience.

The food retail of the future uses automation and digitization

Grocery retailers are increasingly turning to AI and the use of data to improve day-to-day operations and offer new services to modern customers. Viessmann Refrigeration Solutions’ innovations in terms of automated stores and nano-fulfillment centers also caught the attention of visitors

In collaboration with Noyes Technologies, Viessmann presented a fully automated nano-fulfillment center designed to help retailers optimize their growing online grocery business. The demonstration of the automated warehouse was a real eye-catcher, as visitors could order items from the warehouse on site, which were delivered by robots.
