DMK Group presents new concepts for gastronomy at Gulfood

At this year’s Gulfood, everything for the DMK Group revolves around new trends for the food service industry. At the world’s largest food business meeting in Dubai, DMK’s Business Unit International will be presenting innovative solutions for customers in the MENA region (hall 1; booth 105). Under the umbrella “From Chefs To Chefs,” their brand Oldenburger has numerous creations in its luggage that were developed together with brand ambassador, culinary consultant, and star chef Heiko Antoniewicz.

New brand communication for Oldenburger Professional
With a focus on the Oldenburger Professional portfolio, Germany’s largest dairy cooperative is
putting its solutions for the international food service market at the centre of this year’s Gulfood.
“After developing our brand communication for food service from scratch, we are now
presenting another highlight this year,” explains Eusebio Gonzalez, Managing Director for
MENA, Africa, India and Pakistan. “In addition to a comprehensive design relaunch of our
Oldenburger Professional product portfolio, together with our brand ambassador Heiko
Antoniewicz we are providing new impulses to chefs in the MENA region and showing the
diversity of applications with our dairy and cheese products. In this way, we are actively helping
to shape nutrition, because via our information hub www.oldenburger-professional.com, chefs
can immerse themselves in the culinary world of the star chef.” From cold-smoking to creative
reinterpretations of classics: with recipes specially tailored to the needs of different cultural
groups, Q&As on products, trends and raw materials, Oldenburger Professional offers food
service professionals numerous impulses for the possible applications of the product portfolio.
“The demands of the food service industry are constantly increasing and with them the
pressure to find answers to the multitude of nutritional trends and developments. With our large
network of international chefs, we address precisely these questions for our customers and
show them new possibilities.” adds Eusebio Gonzalez.

Wide assortment for MENA
In addition to the news from Oldenburger Professional, Oldenburger true to its motto “German
Dairy Excellence” also presents a wide range of dairy products for the retail channels. Next to
the Oldenburger the mainstream brand, Rose has been successfully present for over 30 years,
especially in West Africa. At Gulfood, the brand will be showing its wide range of products for
the MENA region, which is primarily aimed at large retail chains. The portfolio ranges from
whole and low-fat milk in the most diverse varieties to grated mozzarella in a large format of
2.5 kilos. Rose also offers instant milk powder enriched with vitamins and calcium in attractive
packaging formats. With Uniekaas, DMK International is also bringing the oldest Dutch cheese
brand to the MENA region: from traditional Gouda to Maasdam, Edam to smoked specialties
and goat cheese. At this year’s Gulfood, everything for the DMK Group revolves around new trends for the food service industry.
