Proposed innovations to include machines for the manufacture of metal closures: crown caps, aluminum closures and tear-off caps. Key ‘digital’ developments comprise DMD decoration and the quality/process controls incorporated in production machines. No less distinctive is the SACMI Beverage range which, with FLEXI Opera Beer, sets new standards for reliability and versatility

From crown caps to aluminum caps, a complete Ring-Pull cap production system included

SACMI has developed comprehensive solutions for manufacturing and testing metal closures:

  • Aluminum screw cap technology
  • Solutions that span from application and in-line control of PVC-free liners to liner application in tall aluminum caps for wine (PMH)
  • Complete plants to produce and test Ring-Pull closures, which include the press (PTS), the liner molding machine (PMV) and the plastic ring molding technology (RCM)

Metal packaging quality control

SACMI offers the market’s widest range of metal packaging computer vision systems. The flagships of the beverage can inspection range are ELIOSCAN and ICAN-BEVERAGE.
From cans to caps: the MVS range also includes vision systems that automatically inspect every single metal cap exiting the press, taking manufacturers closer to total quality control.
