Costa Navarino collaborates with CIA and announces a 5-day culinary course for cooking professionals and food enthusiasts

Founded in 1946, the Culinary Institute of America is the world’s leading culinary school. The independent, nonprofit CIA offers up to master’s degrees in culinary arts, baking and pastry, food management, hospitality, culinary arts and applied food science and is dedicated to developing leaders in the food service industry.
