Held between June 20th and 22nd, the Saudi Food Show brought with it some truly impactful events to grip the regional and global F&B industry.
On the concluding day, Kaoun International and dmg events together announced the launch of another groundbreaking new show for 2024: Saudi Food Manufacturing. This energy continued with insights on hot topics including the Halal food market, healthy eating, and what it takes to achieve sustainable food systems, led by a panel of UN experts.
Audiences at the Saudi Food Summit were captivated by workshops with Ministerial experts, and an inspiring talk by H.E. Bandar Ibrahim Alkhorayef, Saudi’s Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, and H.E. Abdulrahman Al-Fahdli, Saudi’s Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture on F&B’s contribution to Vision 2030, and the government’s powerful support in achieving these remarkable goals.
At Top Table and Foodverse, visitors were enthralled by the skills of award-winning and Michelin-starred chefs, and the technology and innovation shaping the future of the food industry. Saudi’s brightest young talents were celebrated at the YouthX award ceremony.
