AAAID’s President pays a visit to Sudan’s Minister of Finance

As part of AAAID’s efforts to continue its development scheme of enhancing food security, and maintain fruitful communication with government officials in Sudan, H.E. Mr. Mohammed bin Obaid Al Mazrooei, President of AAAID, and an accompanying delegation paid a visit to H.E. Dr. Jibril Ibrahim, Minister of Finance and Economic Planning, at his office in the Ministry’s HQ, on the 22nd of January, 2023 in Khartoum, the Republic of Sudan.

H.E. AAAID’s President expressed his gratitude for meeting the Minister so as to discuss means of developing AAAID’s investments in the Republic of Sudan in order to support Sudan’s initiative of achieving food security.

For his part, H.E. the Minister praised AAAID’s efforts in enhancing food security, especially its support for the development of the small-scale farmers’ sector; besides, he stressed on the key role which AAAID plays in supporting the government to develop the agricultural sector in the Republic of Sudan, and increase investments for the benefit of all parties.
