IBAKTECH targets 4 billion Euros of trade volume in 4 days

IBAKTECH Trade Fair, the second largest exhibition in Europe and the largest in Eurasia, will bring together bakery products industry, chocolate-ice cream-candy producers and HORECA industry professionals for the 14th time between April 24 and 27. IBAKTECH will present its exhibitors opportunities to access new markers while it will continue to play a significant role in the investment decisions of industry professionals. It is targeted that the exhibition will realize a trade volume of 4 billion Euros.

General Manager of Messe Stuttgart Ares Fuarcılık, Ufuk Altıntop mentioned the significance of IBAKTECH exhibition in the sector. He said, “IBAKTECH is an important platform where companies active in bakery, patisserie, chocolate, candy, and ice cream sectors come together and see state-of-the-art technology. This year in 4 days approximately 4 billion Euros of trade volume is expected in the exhibition where exhibitors from countries such as Azerbaijan, China, France, Germany, Italy, Slovenia, Turkey, and Ukraine will display the most recent technologies in the industry.”
