Taste Italy With Never-Seen-Before Products Exclusively at Jones The Grocer

Jones the Grocer Al Manara teams up with Promos Italia to bring exciting new Italian flavours to their guests!

Jones the Grocer is offering Dubai’s food lovers a range of Italian products available for the first time in the Emirate as part of the initiative of a group of Italian Chambers of Commerce, coordinated by Promos Italia on the occasion of EXPO 2020. Carefully identified from renowned culinary regions of Italy from Genova to Napoli, Liguria to Umbria, Emilia Romagna and Calabria, experience the authentic taste of Italy through your senses and explore products never seen before in this region.

Three tasting sessions will take place on February 12th, 13th and 19th, where gourmet chefs will take diners and shoppers through each new, artisanal Italian product and pair them with Jones The Grocer’s hand-selected specialties like 24-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano.

“The collaboration between Jones the Grocer and Promos Italia will give many small Italian producers the opportunity to showcase their specialty to the culturally diverse community in Dubai”, says Alessandro Gelli, Director of Promos Italia; “with their modern restaurant and dedicated retail corner, Jones The Grocer is the perfect venue to launch new products in Dubai. The new weekend tasting sessions will surely help us to communicate the uniqueness of the Italian products to an eager group of food lovers”.

The tastings will be carried out at lunch time from 12:00 pm to 03:00 pm at the Al Manara branch of Jones the Grocer on Saturdays February 12th, 13th, and 19th.
