The Maestro at HostMilano

“Host and I, a common approach”. These are the words pronounced by Iginio Massari to seal the relationship with HostMilano where he will participate as Ambassador of haute patisserie with the third edition of “Luxury Pastry around the world”. The Maestro’s presence confirms that he shares the same principles expressed by the event focusing on the combination of food technologies and professionals’ creativity. Through the exhibiting companies and their stakeholders, HostMilano makes it possible to understand exactly how the world of pastry will evolve and it represents an indispensable showcase to learn about – and purchase – new equipment of the latest generation.

Genuineness, quality and innovation

The key values of pastry can be found at HostMilano thanks to the participation of important companies in the production of raw materials, accessories and equipment for professional laboratories in the confectionery sector. Iginio Massari declares what he expects from the next edition of HostMilano: a large presence of professionals from all over the world ready to illustrate to the audience their ideas on desserts and their successful experiences. For the Maestro, the 2023 edition will be the mirror of worldwide innovations that embrace food from which to draw valuable information, learn practices and uses, as well as discover current trends. At HostMilano it will therefore be possible to explore how pastry, chocolate and gelato will develop and become part of the restaurant industry.

The future of pastry is here

Nowadays the market requires flexibility, both in the use of equipment and in the proposal offered, with an eye to trends, new consumptions also in terms of vegan, healthy choices or those relating to cultural needs or food intolerances. Requests are constantly changing and it is increasingly difficult to imagine in which direction the pastry and cuisine in general will develop.
